We're pleased to let our customers know that our bags remain available and continue to ship out daily to customers.
The team at our warehouse center are working, and practicing social distancing and undertaking additional hygiene protocols. The rest of the team continue to work remotely during this time, and all functions including customer support are open for business as usual. Some changes in schedules in international couriers may result in longer times than usual (below), but shipments are still continuing and being completed as usual, a tracking number is provided for each purchase.

Our clientele are around the world, and we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping to you.
Your orders will be completed with care and as quickly as possible.
Shipping is by air and usually takes 5-12 business days. A courier tracking number is emailed promptly with every order. Please note arrival dates cannot be guaranteed as occasional postal issues in different locations.
Shipments take place every day, from Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays.
International fees and duties
If applicable, any import duties, customs fees or local taxes are charged when the package arrives at its destination country.
Such fees if applied, are paid by the receiver to your local government or other charging organisation (they are not charged from or collected by us).
Please contact your country's customs department to learn of any fees that may be applicable before purchase, as these are not under our control or refundable by us.
