Are you still shipping during COVID-19?
We remain open for business.
We're pleased to let our customers know that our bags remain available and continue to ship out daily to customers.
The team are practicing social distancing and undertaking additional hygiene protocols. In Australia shipping remains 3 days or under. For other countries, shipments are dispatched within 2 days. Schedule changes with global couriers may result in longer times than usual, but shipments continue as usual and a tracking number is provided for each purchase.

How can I track my order?
Tracking is provided for all deliveries. A tracking number will be provided by email once the order is processed and item dispatched from a warehouse. It may take 1-2 days for the tracking number to be updated with the current status.
What is your Satisfaction guaranteed return policy?
At Kinds of Grace customer happiness comes first. All bags are backed by a 12-month Satisfaction Guaranteed policy. If at any time you wish to return the items to us, we'll be happy to process a full refund or replacement (your choice). Learn more

All of our bags are handcrafted from top grade, highly durable vegan fabrics and materials. We stand by the quality of our products and are happy to offer a 12 month Satisfaction guaranteed policy allowing full return and refund or exchange. Led by our founder and Chief Designer Grace, Kinds of Grace is a 100% vegan owned and run label, who also work with a team of value-aligned collaborators. We're headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and our bags are produced in an ethical studio an hour from Hong Kong. We firmly believe no-one should be exploited or mistreated, for fashion, or for any reason. Our luxury bags are ethically handcrafted in a small, ethically run studio close to our founder Grace’s family in Guangzhou, an hour from Hong Kong where she's from.
Are your bags sustainable?
Did you know that cow skin leather is the single most environmentally impactful material to produce?
The vegan, PU synthetic leather, the material we use for most of our handbags, has less than half the environmental footprint of animal leather. We also work with Piñatex, an innovative and even more eco-friendly material.

How long will it take for my bag to get to me?
Your orders will be completed with care and as quickly as possible.
Australian orders delivered within 3 days and global orders dispatched within 2 days. Transit is by air and usually takes 5-12 business days. COVID-19 has affected courier schedules and international orders may be delayed. A courier tracking number is emailed promptly with every order. Please note arrival dates cannot be guaranteed as occasional postal issues in different locations.
Shipments take place every day, from Monday through Saturday, excluding select holidays.
What happens if there are international import or custom fees?
If applicable, any import duties, customs fees or local taxes are charged when the package arrives at its destination country. Such fees, if applied, are paid by the receiver to your local government or other charging organization (they are not charged from or collected by us). Please contact your country's customs department to learn of any fees that may be applicable before purchase, as these are not under our control or refundable by us.
Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
Before we process your order, typically within 1 business day, we're able to modify or cancel your purchase. To do so please contact us and let us know. After processing we're unable to as shipment process is underway. However rest assured, our Satisfaction guarantee policy above remains should you be unhappy with the items on arrival. What are your bags made from?
All of our materials are vegan, so no animals are harmed or killed for them. Our materials are also better for the planet than their animal counterparts. Eco-PU (polyurethane) synthetic leather, the material we use for most of our handbags, has less than half the environmental footprint of animal leather. We have selected rugged variants for our designs, to maximize long term durability. We also have a growing range of bags made from Piñatex created from pineapple leaf fibre. We never use PVC, a different kind of synthetic material which is less sustainable. Learn more
Do you use silk or wool?
No, no animal derived materials are used in the production of our bags. Instead kinder alternatives such as vegan tweed are used.
How are your bags packaged?
All our bags are wrapped in tissue wrap and paper padding, with a reusable dust bag. The goods are then packed in a recyclable cardboard box, before being handed to the courier providers. No single use plastic or bubble wrap is present within the box.

What currencies can I pay in?
Our default currency displayed is USD however you can change this in the top menu and display prices and pay in your local currency. If you checkout without selecting another currency, your card will be charged the USD amount (converted by your card provider into your card's currency)
