Ethics


Are your bags vegan?

We love animals, so we don’t make bags out of them. We are a PETA certified vegan label, and proudly so.

Are your bags crafted fairly?

No person should be exploited or mistreated, for fashion, or for any reason.

Our luxury bags are ethically handcrafted close to our founder Grace’s family home in Guangzhou, an hour from Hong Kong.

Are your bags sustainable?


Did you know that cow skin leather is the single most environmentally impactful material to produce? 

The vegan, PU synthetic leather, the material we use for most of our handbags, has less than half the environmental footprint of animal leather. We also work with Piñatex, an innovative and even more eco-friendly material.

Shipping


Do you deliver worldwide?


Our clientele are around the world, and we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping to you, wherever you are.

 

 

How long will it take for my bag to get to me?

 

Your orders will be completed with care and as quickly as possible.

Shipping is by air and usually takes 5-12 business days.  A courier tracking number is emailed promptly with every order. Please note arrival dates cannot be guaranteed as occasional postal issues in different locations.  

Shipments take place every day, from Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays.

 

 

What happens if there are international import or custom fees?

If applicable, any import duties or customs fees are charged when the package arrives at its destination country. 

Such fees, if applied, are paid by the receiver to your local government or other charging organisation (they are not charged from or collected by us).

Please contact your country's customs department to learn of any fees that may be applicable before purchase, as these are not under our control or refundable by us.

 

 

Returns and Warranty


Can I return a product?

If you're not 100% satisfied with the items as shipped we are happy to receive returns within 30 days for items in new, unused condition.

  1. First email wecare@kindsofgrace.com with your order number and photos of the affected item/s.  This step is required.
  2. Put the items back in all the original packaging and drop them at your local post office. We cannot accept returns using a cash on delivery service. Return shipping costs are not included in the return.
  3. On receipt of the item/s, a return or exchange will be processed.

 

 

Does my bag come with a warranty?

Subject to listed exclusions below, all our handbags and accessories are covered by a 12 month limited warranty, from the date of purchase.

If during that time any obvious defect in material or function under standard use is found, we will exchange to, at no cost to you, the same or equivalent product, upon return of the affected items (following the procedure above).

Please note that all our creations are handmade from vegan materials, and as such there are natural variations in each item, which give unique aspects to your purchase.

This warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear or problems arising from fading, normal dye transfer, accidents, misuse or any form of modification or repair.
